Leave Notification

  1. Notification:
    • We ask that you inform Growth Labz, with two weeks notice, if you or the sender of the email campaign plan to go on leave.
    • The notification should include:
      • Start and end dates of the leave.
      • Instructions on how to handle communications, including:
        • Whether to forward all replies to another colleague.
        • Or whether the campaign should be paused during the leave.
  2. Campaign Pause or Forwarding Instructions:
    • If you request that replies be forwarded, Growth Labz will:
      • Update our recipient list to ensure replies are forwarded to the right person/s.
      • Confirm the contact details of the individual who will manage the leads during the leave.
    • If you request that campaigns be paused:
      • Confirm the duration and effective date of the pause.
      • Pause all ongoing campaigns until further notice.
      • Schedule a reminder for when you are due back from leave to confirm campaign reactivation.
  3. Confirmation:
    • Growth Labz will acknowledge receipt of the leave notice and confirm the actions to be taken (forwarding or pausing).
    • All steps will be documented on Monday.com.
  4. Resuming Campaigns:
    • Upon your return from leave, Growth Labz will check in to confirm whether campaigns should be resumed as normal or if any changes need to be made.
    • Ensure all paused campaigns are reactivated or continue forwarding replies to the designated person if instructed.
