How to Handle Replies (for auto forwarded responses)

  1. Upon receiving a response, our AI system will categorize it as either positive or neutral. If the response falls into these categories, it will be automatically forwarded to your email address.

    For records purposes, vip@growthlabz.com is also copied.

    To respond to the lead, simply reply to the email thread.

    Please remember to delete the forwarded date and time details before sending your reply.

    Ensure that the lead’s email address is correctly placed in the ‘To’ section, and bcc vip@growthlabz.com so we can be informed that the lead is handled.

    The follow up email exchanges will be for you to handle onwards.

    Note: All responses, including those marked as ‘No Interests,’ are compiled in our Masterlist/Response Sheet. We can forward them to you upon your request.
