Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive qualified prospects for our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, implement innovative strategies, and optimise campaigns to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimise data-driven lead generation strategies across multiple channels (email marketing, paid media, content marketing, etc.).
Identify and target key customer segments, building lead lists and pipelines that align with business goals.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead nurturing strategies and follow-ups are in place.
Analyse lead generation campaigns to track performance, ROI, and conversion metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
Manage lead scoring systems to prioritise high-quality leads for sales teams.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content for lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, case studies, etc.).
A/B test lead generation funnels, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative and effective lead generation tactics.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally in marketing.
Proven track record of driving successful lead generation strategies that result in high-quality prospects and conversions.
Expertise in lead generation tools such as HubSpot, Monday, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience with email marketing campaigns, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), and SEO.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and content teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking systems.
